General visceral surgery

We offer the full spectrum of general visceral surgery. This includes small surgeries (i.e. lipomas etc.), surgery of the anus (i.e. anal fistula, hemorrhoids, abscess), surgery of the gallbladder and the small intestine and many more. Furthermore emergency surgery is offered for patients at the Hirslanden Klinik Im Park through the emergency department (i.e. appendectomy, surgery for ileum etc.)

  • Laparoscopic surgery

    We focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever possible. This includes cholecystectomies, small bowel resections, adhesioloysis and many more. 

  • Open surgery

    In some cases only an open approach is possible in some patients. We have extensive experience in open abdominal surgery if needed in a specific case. 

  • Emergency surgery

    We offer emergency surgery services at Hirslanden Klinik Im Park. For existing patients an emergency surgery in other hospitals might be possible. We can offer the full spectrum of emergency surgery for abdominal diseases.
